Hk4d Terms & Conditions — Platform User Guide for Malaysian Players

Welcome to hk4d. This platform is operated to provide online entertainment services to eligible users. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services provided through hk4d.vu and its associated mobile applications.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any gaming feature or simply browsing this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Privacy Policy page, which forms part of this agreement.

HK4D reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts if eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, without being required to provide any reason.

You are fully responsible for all activities that take place in your account. This includes all wagering, financial transactions and settings changes made using your login credentials.

• Keep your password confidential — do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.

HK4D supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysia users, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and local bank transfers.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for most payment methods. This limit may vary depending on the method selected.
• Deposit processing: Deposits are typically credited instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes (Silver tier and above), up to 24 hours (Bronze tier). All withdrawals are subject to standard security checks.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hk4d platform. Violation of any of the items below may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account:

• Multiple accounts: Opening or using more than one account — whether under your own name, a family member's, or another individual's — is strictly prohibited.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity or fabricated information, including the use of false documents during the KYC process.
• Money laundering: Using the hk4d platform as a channel to conceal the source of funds or conduct any money laundering activities is a serious violation that will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bot and automation use: Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to play or place bets is prohibited and can be detected by our monitoring systems.
• System exploitation: Seeking out and exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage in games or financial transactions.
• Bonus manipulation: Any strategy clearly intended to maximize bonuses without genuine wagering risk, including hedge betting across different accounts.

Whether by you or by hk4d, an account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• Player request: You may request account closure at any time through customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification.
• Closure by hk4d: We reserve the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the terms have been violated.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming feature in your account. During this period, you will not be able to log in or make any transactions.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or closure in accordance with the applicable inactive account policy.

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control (force majeure).

• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
